Account deletion
The quick way is inside the game. Open Tailest, tap the gear in the top right corner of the main screen and choose “Delete account”. Deletion happens immediately, with no waiting period.
If the app is already uninstalled
Write to support@tailest.com with the subject “Account deletion”. Include your in-game nickname — it is shown on the main screen and on the leaderboard — and, if you remember it, the player identifier from the settings screen. Without that we cannot tell which tail to delete.
We process such requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- tail length, peak, day streak and leaderboard place;
- stars, purchased upgrades and molting history;
- the log of pulls;
- the nickname;
- links to Google and Apple;
- the installation identifier and all sessions.
What remains
Technical request logs — method, path, response code and duration. They are not tied to the player's identity, cannot restore a deleted account and are erased automatically within 30 days at most.
This is irreversible
The tail, the stars and the board place cannot be restored after deletion — not by us, not by you. Installing the game again starts a new tail from scratch.
